Gear, PA Systems, and other Equipment Rentals

A 50% deposit must be made to book your reservation. Daily rentals must be PAID IN FULL 1 week PRIOR to the reservation date. Long term rentals, must be PAID IN FULL 14 days before reservation date. Last minute rentals can be arranged, but ample planning ensures equipment availability.

Securing your rental: (These policies will be excepted for our established Clients, those that rent often and those that hold net 15 or net 30 accounts with us.)

  • First Time and "new" rental Clients will be required to produce photo identification:
    • Required - Drivers License with current and verifiable address.
  • Cash or credit cards accepted anytime. Checks will be accepted for payment if used for payment at least 3 weeks in advance of your event. If cash or check payment is accepted, a credit card will be required for "hold authorization*".
  • Credit card used to secure the rental, must be presented by card holder along with a valid driver's license upon equipment pickup or delivery. If pickup person is different than original card holder, pickup person must present his/her own credit card for "hold authorization*" as well. May not apply to stage setups or rentals that involve ADEK setup and/or Tech support.

*Credit card will be subject to a "hold authorization" of $150 (min.) or greater depending upon rental amount. "Hold Authorizations" are placed upon pickup or one (1) day prior to delivery date and are released in 5-7 business days. If your rental period exceeds 3 days, we will "hold authorize" an additional amount - minimum $250. Some exceptions may apply. This policy is subject to change.

  • Reschedule at Least Seven (7) Days PRIOR to your scheduled reservation date/time:
    You will receive a monetary refund minus any/all services & deposit fees♦ or 100% future use credit**.
  • Reschedule 48 hours prior to but no later than 24 hours from scheduled reservation date/time:
    You will receive a 90% monetary refund minus any/all services & deposit fees♦ or 90% future use credit**.
  • Reschedule 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation date/time:
    You will receive a 75% monetary refund minus any/all services & deposit fees♦ or 75% future use credit**.   
  • Reschedule same day of scheduled event:
    You will receive a 50% monetary refund minus any/all services & deposit fees♦ or 50% future use credit**.   

 

 Cancelation without Reschedule Date:

  • Cancel at Least Seven (7) Days PRIOR to but no later than 72 hours before your scheduled reservation date/time:
    You will receive a monetary refund minus any/all services fees♦♦ or 100% future use credit** for amounts paid.
  • Cancel 48 hours prior to but no later than 24 hours from scheduled reservation date/time:
    You will receive a 75% monetary refund minus any/all services & deposit fees♦ or 95% future use credit**.
  • Cancel  24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation date/time:
    You will receive a 50% monetary refund minus any/all services & deposit fees♦ or 75% future use credit**.   
  • Cancel same day of scheduled event:
    Forfeit monetary refund OR receive 50% future use credit** minus any/all service related fees, if applicable. If delivery truck has been dispatched to your event, prior to proper cancelation notification, addt'l fees will apply.     

 

 INCLEMENT WEATHER:

Cancelation with Reschedule Date:

  • Reschedule 48 hours prior to but no later than 24 hours from scheduled reservation date/time
    Receive a 100% future use credit**. Monetary refunds are subject to any/all services & deposit fees♦.
  • Reschedule 24 hours prior to of your scheduled reservation date/time:
    Receive 75% future use credit**. Monetary refunds are subject to any/all services & deposit fees♦.
  • Same day cancelations with reschedule date will receive a 50% future use credit** and may be subject to any/all service related fees.

Cancelation without Reschedule Date:

  • Cancel 48 hours prior to but no later than 24 hours from scheduled reservation date/time
    Receive a 90% future use credit**. Monetary refunds are subject to any/all services & deposit fees♦.
  • Cancel  24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation date/time:
    Receive 75% future use credit**. Monetary refunds are subject to any/all services & deposit fees♦.
  • Cancel same day of scheduled event: 
    Forfeit of all funds or receive future use credit** minus any/all service related fees.  If delivery truck has been dispatched to your event, prior to proper cancelation notification, addt'l fees will apply.

 


 IMPORTANT: Equipment is thoroughly checked and demonstrated to Client prior to rental pickup and, if applicable, after rental delivery and setup. Refunds or cancellations will not be honored due to Clients inability to successfully operate rented equipment.

SPECIAL EXCEPTION: If it is determined that the rental item is not in working order upon delivery/pickup, you must call us and return the non-working item immediately for replacement (same day, during regular business hours). If applicable, batteries are not included. A replacement item will be issued for the remainder of the rental period, if available. We cannot guarantee that an exact replacement item will be available for exchange at that time. Once our staff has determined the non-working status of the item and if a replacement item is not available, a full refund for that rental item will be made. If it is determined that the item IS in working order and/or Client negligence or inability to operate the equipment is the result of "non-operation", the standard rental fee will apply.


 ♦ If a monetary refund is requested with rescheduled events, a service fee of 10% or min. $49 will apply and a 50% deposit will be withheld from refund amount.
♦♦If a monetary refund is requested for canceled events, a service/planning fee of $125 or 10% of invoice total, whichever is greater will apply. 
*A second cancelation or reschedule date will forfeit any/all refunds or credits.
**Future use credit expires twelve (12) months from date of issue.
 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: Reservations made by credit card over the phone made by someone other than the person named on the reservation or presented by someone other than the card holder named on the card must be verified. We will ask for signature on the credit card receipt via email as well as a copy/pic of the cardholders Drivers License to verify cardholder identity. We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel services scheduled if this information cannot be verified. No exceptions.

NOTE: Reservations booked for Holidays may have a different policy for payment and cancelation. Please ask.

We reserve the right to adjust or otherwise change policy as necessary. We do our best to be fair and handle unexpected changes accordingly.
