If cancellation is made:

• 72 hours in advance, a full refund of your deposit will be made. (7 days for Greenscreen Studio reservation)
  • Monthly Rentals - reschedules must be made within same month, no refunds, no penalties.
• 48 hours in advance, half of deposit will be refunded, or we will apply the entire deposit to a rescheduled date. (5 days for Greenscreen Studio reservation)
  • Monthly Rentals - reschedules must be made within same month, no refunds, no penalties.
• 1 day before, no refund will be given, but we will apply the entire deposit to a rescheduled date. (3 days for Greenscreen Studio reservation)
  • Monthly Rentals - reschedules must be made within same month. 50% Reschedule penalty.
• Same day, no refund, no reschedule credit. (1 day or less for Greenscreen Studio reservation)

Rescheduled dates must take place within 30 days.  A second rescheduled date will forfeit the entire deposit.

We have the right to reschedule your session. If we must, your new session will be scheduled to take place within 72 hours of your original booking or on a date and time that is more convenient for you. In these cases, cancellation policies still apply.

Unexpected cancellations that involve inclement weather will be handled on a case by case basis. 

Gear, PA Systems, and other Equipment Rentals A 50% deposit must be made to book your reservation. Daily rentals must be PAID IN FULL 1 week PRIOR to the reservation date. Long term rentals, must be PAID IN FULL 14 days before reservation date. Last minute rentals can be arranged, but ample planning insures equipment availability. Rental reservations can be rescheduled without penalty with 72 hours notice.

Sound System/Reinforcement Services/Staging & Lighting A 50% deposit must be made to book your reservation. Payment in full must be made at least two weeks (14 days) in advance of your event. Some exceptions apply. Last minute dates can be arranged, but ample planning insures date availability. Prepaid reservations (scheduled more than 4 weeks out) can be rescheduled without penalty with 14 days notice. Rescheduled dates must take place within 30 days of previously scheduled event (some exceptions apply), otherwise, deposit will be forfeited. Reservations made with deposit only, must request cancellation or reschedule within 14 days of event date. Sorry, last minute booking deposits will be forfeited.

Video ProductionsA 50% deposit must be collected in order to book your reservation.  Payment in full must be made 2 weeks prior to scheduled reservation/shoot.

Contracted/On-Going Productions: Requires 48 notice of reschedule or a penalty fee of $250 will be assessed. 

Rush Projects, bookings on holidays, and/or last minute production bookings require payment in full. Cancellations on last minute bookings, forfeit deposit, unless rescheduled within 30 days.

Scheduled video productions: Requires 2 weeks notification of cancellation or reschedule.  A min. $250 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations may incur hourly charges for time spent on project consulting and planning at our discretion. No penalty for rescheduling with 2 week notification.  If reschedules are not made within 2 weeks of production date, a $250 penalty fee will be assessed. Some exceptions may apply.
